LG HB954TBW Blu-ray Home Theater with iPod Dock

LG release a new blu-ray home theater system which named HB954TBW and also equipped with iPod dock.

You can get the LG home theater featuring champagne glass silhouette with Aqua blue color. The speaker is 4 with subwoofer, center speaker and blu-ray player.

It’s adopting Sound Decanting technology which provide optimum sound effect and bring 1000watt performance. The price around 1,299,000 Korea Won and will be available in the market soon.

Samsung SGH-i617 Blackjack II Smartphone

Samsung has announced the SGH-i617 Blackjack II smartphone. Intended to replace the successful model of Blackjack, the i617 runs Windows Mobile 6 and has a QWERTY keyboard to make entering text.

Blackjack II also has a preliminary scroll wheel, located around the d-pad for scrolling. The i617 is also a central connectivity, quad-band GSM support (850/900/1800/1900MHz) and tri-band UMTS with HSDPA (850/1900/2100MHz).

Blackjack II is also equipped with built-in GPS and includes support for AT & T TeleNav Navigator GPS and Bluetooth A2DP with 2.0 capacity for stereo headphones. The aircraft was updated a full 2.0 megapixel with video capture, and the speaker has been improved as well.

As we have mentioned, the SGH-i617 is fully compatible with AT & T high-speed HSDPA network, including AT & T Video Share, which allows users to share live video during a telephone call. Blackjack II should be available in all AT & T outlets by the end of the year for $ 149.99 with a 2-year-olds and mail delivery, in both Shiny Black and Red Wine colors.

We Tested Panasonic's Latest 3D Full HD Plasma

Panasonic invited us to watch some video footage of their latest 3D Full HD Plasma Theater Home Theater System.

Basically the system enables the viewing of true-to-life 3D FHD images by using a Panasonic 103-inch Plasma HDTV and a Panasonic Blu-ray Disc (BD) player, capable of distributing full high definition (1920 x 1080 pixels) images to each eye. To enjoy this nice Full HD PDP requires a special set of glasses.

To be honest, the demonstration was quite surprising and really interesting. Before attending the presentation, we expected to see classic 3D images where objects and characters emerge from the screen (like a ball coming out of the screen and coming straight on you).

Actually the result of this Full HD Plasma was impressive thanks to the depth offered by the image.

As an example, Panasonic showed us video footage of a football match. It really felt like being on the field with the players and I almost felt I was playing football. Not only did the image provide real depth and totally immersed you in the video, but the quality was also amazing thanks to the Blu-ray ..

Regardless, it worked well and we hope to see this nice beast on the market soon.

LG latest Blu-Ray Home-Theater combo iPod dock

LG announced this morning their latest Blu-Ray 5.1 Home Theater combo with iPod dock, the HB954TBW. Despite the lack of information regarding this new combo, LG Korea underline that this iPod dock (fitted on the Blu-Ray player), can and will accept ALL iPods and will allow you to listen to any song stored on your DAP and enjoy high-quality surround music.
